Go to Your Workflow Settings
From your dashboard, head to:
Jobs → Select a Job → Edit → Workflow tab
Here, you’ll see all stages in your job’s hiring process (for example: Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired). You can edit each stage’s details by clicking on it.
Choose the Stage Type
Stage Types help you define what kind of action happens at this point of the hiring process.
From the Stage Type dropdown, choose what best fits your step:
Screening – For early filtering or HR interviews.
Interview – For technical, panel, or management interviews.
Evaluation– For assignments, tests, or practical evaluations.
Offer – For offer creation, review, or signing.
Hired / Rejected – For final candidate outcomes.
💡 Stage types help keep your analytics and reports more accurate — so you can later track conversion rates per stage.
Set a Stage Color
Colors help you quickly identify stages at a glance in your workflow and candidate pipeline. Click the color selector beside the stage name, and choose a color that represents this step — for example:
🟦 Blue for Interviews
🟩 Green for Offers
🟧 Orange for Screening
🟥 Red for Rejected
📌 Tip: Use consistent colors across all your workflows so your team instantly knows what each type represents.
Define an SLA (Time Limit)
An SLA (Service Level Agreement) helps you set a maximum number of days candidates should stay in this stage before action is taken.
To add one:
Enter the number of days (e.g., 5 days for Interview stage).
Click Save.
💡 Recruitera will track this automatically — so you can spot overdue candidates and take action faster.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve customized your stage type, color, and SLA, click Save to apply changes instantly. Your updates will appear across the pipeline view for all team members.
