    • Qualified — candidates who have been moved forward in the pipeline

    • Disqualified — candidates who have been removed from the pipeline

Frequently asked questions

What does "Overdue" mean in Recruitera's candidate status filter?

A candidate is marked Overdue in Recruitera when they have been sitting in a pipeline stage longer than the time limit configured for that stage in the job's workflow settings. The Overdue status helps recruiters quickly identify candidates who need attention or a decision before the deadline passes. Filter by Status = Overdue to see all candidates requiring immediate action across any stage.

Can I filter by multiple stages at once in Recruitera?

Recruitera's stage filter supports multi-select — you can select as many stages as you want simultaneously. The table will show candidates currently in any of the selected stages. This is useful when you want to review candidates across a range of stages at once, for example showing everyone in both the "Phone Screen" and "Interview" stages together for a batch review session.

How do I see only new unreviewed candidates in Recruitera?

To see only new unreviewed candidates in Recruitera, open the filter sidebar in Table view and select Status = New. This filters the pipeline to show only candidates who have recently applied or been added and have not yet been reviewed or moved to the next stage. You can combine this with a Stage filter to focus on unreviewed candidates at a specific point in your pipeline.
