A new Recruitera account comes ready to explore, and gives you a couple of aids to get set up.

Your account is pre-filled with sample candidates and jobs, each marked "(Sample)", so you can click around and see how everything works before adding your own.

When you're ready to start hiring for real, click Remove Sample Data in the banner at the top. This clears only the samples — anything you've added yourself stays exactly as it is.

💡 Sample candidates can't be emailed or scheduled — those actions are reserved for your real candidates. Remove the sample data (or add your own people) to use them.

The Getting started pill in the top bar opens a short setup checklist and shows your completion as a percentage. Work through it to set up the essentials; once you're done, the pill goes away for good.
