How to Share Feature Requests and Enhancement Ideas on Recruitera

Updated over 2 months ago

Here is a quick walkthrough first

We love hearing from you! Recruitera is constantly evolving — and your ideas help us shape what comes next. If you have a feature request or an idea that could make your experience smoother, you can easily share it right from your profile through our Canny-powered feedback hub.

Go to “Share Your Ideas” from Dropdown Menu in Your Profile

From your dashboard, click your Profile Icon → Share Your Ideas.

This will open Recruitera’s Feature Request Hub, powered by Canny, where you can:

  • Submit new feature requests

  • Vote for ideas from other users

  • Track the progress of updates and enhancements

Submit a New Idea

Click + Add a New Post to share your suggestion.

Add a few quick details:

  • Title: The module or title your request is related to

  • Description: Explain what you’d like to improve or add, and how it helps your workflow.

💡 The clearer your idea, the faster our product team can understand and validate it.

Vote for Other Users’ Ideas

If you see an idea you love, click Upvote 👍 instead of posting a duplicate.
This helps our product team understand which features matter most to users across Recruitera.

💬 The more votes an idea gets, the higher its visibility when we plan upcoming releases.

Track Your Idea’s Progress

Every idea goes through clear stages that you can view anytime:

  • Under Review – We’re exploring feasibility and impact.

  • Planned – It’s confirmed and added to our roadmap.

  • In Progress – Our team is developing it.

  • Released – It’s live and ready to use 🎉

You can check back anytime or get notified when your idea moves forward.

✅ Why It Matters

Your feedback isn’t just collected — it’s part of Recruitera’s roadmap.
Sharing ideas helps us:

  • Validate real user needs

  • Prioritize impactful improvements

  • Build features that make hiring faster and more human

Every vote, every comment, every suggestion matters 💬
