A dedicated education filter — narrowing the pipeline by university, degree, and degree subject — is coming to the filter sidebar. Until it ships, you can find candidates by education using the Boolean search bar. Available to anyone who can view the job.

What the education filter will include
Once released, it will let you filter by, with contains / does not contain logic:
University name
Degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, MBA)
Degree subject (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration)
Recruitera will read this from candidate CVs and profiles, and matching will be case-insensitive.
Workaround until it's available
Use the candidate search bar on a job's Filters tab with Boolean keywords (AND, OR, NOT) — it searches CV text, so any education mentioned in a CV is findable:
Cairo AND University— candidates whose CV mentions Cairo UniversityMBA OR Master— candidates with either degreeengineering NOT civil— engineering graduates, excluding civil

Frequently asked questions
Can I filter candidates by university today?
Not with a dedicated filter yet — it's in development. For now, search the university name in the candidate search bar; because search covers CV text, candidates who list that university will surface.
How do I find candidates with a specific degree?
Use the search bar with Boolean keywords — for example Computer AND Science AND Master. The search covers full CV text, so any degree mentioned there is searchable.
