The search bar on a job's Filters tab finds candidates by free text — across their name, contact details, and CV. It's the fastest way to jump to someone or surface everyone who mentions a skill. Available to anyone who can view the job.
Before you start
Available to: anyone who can view the job (Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers)
Where to find it: open a job's pipeline → Filters tab → the search bar above the table
How to search
Go to the job's Filters tab.
Type in the search bar. The list narrows as you type — there's no Search button.
What search looks through
A search matches against each candidate's:
Candidate name
Phone number
Email
Any keyword in the CV

Searching with keywords

Frequently asked questions
Does search look inside CVs?
Yes — search matches any keyword in the candidate's CV, along with their name, phone, and email, so a skill or tool mentioned only in the CV will still surface them.
Does search work with filters?
