Finding Blue Collar Candidates in the CRM

Use the collar filter to focus your candidate database on blue-collar candidates.

Your candidate database holds both blue- and white-collar people, and you can focus it on either.

Filter by collar type

  1. Open Candidates in the sidebar.

  2. Set the collar filter to Blue collar.

Filtering the Candidates list by collar type

The list now shows only your blue-collar candidates. Combine it with search, other filters, and a saved view to build the exact segment you work with — for example blue-collar candidates in a given city tagged for a role.

Because the collar choice is part of the page's address, a blue-collar view is a link you can save or share. See Filter Candidates in the CRM and Smart Lists and Saved Views.
