The Candidates page is your company-wide candidate database — everyone you've ever added, applied, or sourced, across every job, in one place. From here you search, filter, organize, and act on candidates in bulk, then open anyone's profile to dig in.
List views (scopes)
Switch the list between three scopes:
All — your full candidate database.
Needs review — candidates waiting to be looked at.
Recently deleted — candidates removed recently.
Shape the list
Collar — filter to All, White collar, or Blue collar.
Sort — Newest first, Oldest first, Name A–Z, Name Z–A, or Evaluation score.
Columns — choose and reorder the columns you see (see Adjust columns).
Search and filters — narrow the list precisely (covered in their own articles).
Everything is shareable
Your search, filters, scope, collar, sort, and selected smart list all live in the page's address — so a filtered view is a link you can send a colleague, and it opens exactly as you left it.
What you can do here
Add candidates — manually, by CV, or by CSV (see How to Add a New Candidate).
Open a candidate — click a name to open their profile.
Act in bulk — select several and use the bulk bar.
