Smart lists and saved views let you jump to a set of candidates without rebuilding the same filters each time. They live in the filter rail on the Candidates list.

Built-in lists give you common cuts of your database in one click (for example recently added or recently deleted). Selecting a list updates the page's address, so it's shareable.

When you've set up filters you'll want again, save them as a view. It appears in the rail with a star; you can rename or delete the views you created. Open one any time to reapply that exact filter set.

💡 A saved view is just a saved set of filters — change the filters and save again to update how you slice your candidates.
