How to Search for a Job / Use Filters

Learn how to search, filter, and save views of your Jobs list in Recruitera to find the right jobs fast.

As your list of jobs grows, search, filters, and saved views help you find exactly the jobs you want. Viewing jobs is available to members with the view-jobs permission.

Before you start

  • Required role: a role that can view jobs

  • Where to find it: Jobs

Search

Use the search box above the list to find a job by title. Combine it with a scope (for example, search within Active) or the collar toggle to narrow further.

Filters

  1. Click Filters above the list.

  2. Filter by any of: Status, Department, Location, Work model, Tag, Requisition, Created by, Recruiter, and Hiring manager.

  3. Choose whether jobs must match all filters or any of them using the AND/OR logic control.

Save a view

Once you've set filters, columns, and a layout you like, save them as a view in the left rail. Views can be reordered and shared with only you, selected people, or everyone — so your team can reuse the same lens on the jobs list.

💡 Sorting differs by layout: Table view sorts from the column headers, while List view has its own Sort control.

Frequently asked questions

Can I filter by who's working a job?

Yes — filter by Recruiter or Hiring manager (or Created by) to see jobs tied to specific people.

Do saved views affect my teammates?

Only if you share them. A view can stay private to you, go to selected people, or be shared with everyone.
