Overview of Your Jobs List

Your Job List gives you a centralized view of all your active, archived, and draft job posts in Recruitera. From here, you can quickly monitor performance, manage roles, and take actions on multiple jobs at once.

1. Accessing the Job List

Go to your dashboard and click on โ€œJobsโ€ in the sidebar. Youโ€™ll see all jobs listed in one place, with filters and key columns for easy navigation.

Displays the main Job List page with columns for:

  • Job Title

  • Department

  • Location

  • Status (Draft, Active, Published)

  • Created Date

  • Candidates count

  • Views

  • Link on Web (public job link)

  • Team Members

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Use the tabs (All, Active, Archived, Draft, etc.) to switch between different job statuses.

2. Filter Jobs

Click on the Filter button at the top of the Job List to narrow down your results.

You can filter jobs by:

  • Location โ€“ Select a specific site or city.

  • Department โ€“ Focus on jobs within a specific department.

  • Tags โ€“ Filter jobs based on predefined tags.

  • Created by โ€“ See jobs created by specific team members.

  • Status โ€“ Show only active, published, or archived jobs.

Click Filter to apply your filters or Reset to clear all.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Combine multiple filters (e.g., Marketing + Cairo + Published) for quicker insights.

3. Managing Multiple Jobs

Click on the three dots (โ‹ฎ) in the top right corner of the Job List to open quick actions.

Shows the dropdown options:

  • Export as CSV โ€” Download all job data.

4. Individual Job Actions

Each job has its own action menu for quick control. Click the three dots (โ‹ฎ) next to any job to open its options.

Shows the menu options for a single job:

  • Edit Opportunity โ€” Edit job details and workflow.

  • Duplicate Job โ€” Create a duplicated job.

  • Follow โ€” Stay updated with changes to this job.

  • Archive โ€” Move the job to the archived section once filled.

  • Delete โ€” Permanently remove the job post.
