Add an Offer Stage to Your Workflow
Before sending an offer, make sure your workflow includes a stage with the Type set to “Offer.” You can name the stage anything you want — for example, Final Offer or Job Confirmation — but its type must be Offer for Recruitera to activate offer sending.
To add it:
Go to Jobs → Edit → Workflow tab
Click + Add Stage
Name your stage (e.g., “Job Offer”)
Choose Type: Offer
Click Save
💡 You only need to do this once per job. Once created, this stage unlocks all offer-related actions.
Move the Candidate to the Offer Stage
Once the Offer stage is set up:
Open your job’s Pipeline view
Drag and drop the candidate you want to send the offer to into the Offer stage
This tells Recruitera that this candidate is now ready for an official offer.
Open the Candidate Profile and Click the Offer Icon
Next, open the candidate’s profile and click the 💼 Offer icon at the top.
This will open an email popup to create and send the offer directly from Recruitera.
Write the Offer Email and Attach the Offer Document
Inside the popup:
Write your email subject and message.
Attach the offer document (PDF, Word, or image up to 50 MB).
Review your message and make sure all details (salary, title, start date, etc.) are clear.
Once ready, click Send Offer.
Candidate Experience in Offer Management
From the candidate’s side, the process is fully digital:
They’ll receive the email with a "Click Here" Link that redirects the candidate the offers Page.
Where he can find two tabs:
One for the Job Offer
Another for the Job Description & Responsibilities
They can review all details, then:
Sign the offer document digitally
Click Save
Click Accept Offer
💬 This makes the entire process quick, transparent, and paper-free.
6️⃣ Track the Candidate’s Response
Once the candidate accepts:
You’ll receive an email notification instantly.
In Recruitera, open the candidate’s profile and go to the Job Offer tab.
You’ll see:The signed offer document
The acceptance status
The date and time of the response

Always confirm your workflow includes a Type: Offer stage before sending.
Use clear filenames for attachments (e.g., “Software Engineer Offer.pdf”).
Keep a ready-to-use Offer Email Template for consistency.
Track your offer acceptance rate through your analytics dashboard.

Once the candidate signs and accepts, both their acceptance and the signed offer will appear automatically in their profile — giving you a clean, digital record of every step.
