Instead of manually sending out questions after each step, you can attach questionnaires directly to stages in your job workflow.


Once a candidate reaches that stage, Recruitera sends the form automatically — no extra clicks, no reminders needed.

  1. Go to the Job you want to edit.

  • From your dashboard, open the job.

  • Click Edit Job → head to the Workflow step.

2. Choose the stage where you want to add the questionnaire.

  • For example: “Phone Screen,” “Technical Test,” or “HR Interview.”

3. Click the +Add Action.

  • You’ll see available automated actions.

  • Choose Questionnaire.

4. Select or Create a Questionnaire.

  • Pick one from your saved templates, or

  • Click Create New to build a new form on the spot.

5. Set Form Details.

  • Add a Form Category (like “Culture Fit” or “Availability Check”).

  • Include your questions (short answer, multiple choice, yes/no, or salary range).

  • Mark any question as Required if it’s critical.

6. Save Changes.

  • Once you save, that questionnaire is now tied to the stage.

  • Whenever a candidate reaches that stage, they’ll automatically receive it.
