To manage your notifications:
Click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner, choose Settings
Select My Account from the menu.
Scroll down to the Preferences section.
You’ll see two main notification toggles:
Email Notifications for Job Applications
Get notified by email each time someone applies to a job you’re authorized to view or manage.
Email Notifications for Team Assignment
Receive an email when someone at your company adds you to a job’s hiring team or gives you access to it.
Email Notifications for Task Reminders
Get notified when:
A new task is assigned to you
A reminder is due one day before a task deadline
Email Notifications for Candidate Replies
Receive an email whenever a candidate replies to a message you sent from Recruitera — including interview invites, workflow emails, or manual outreach.
Notifications for Stage Limit Deadlines
Get notified when a candidate is approaching or exceeding the maximum allowed time in a pipeline stage.
5. Toggle each switch ON or OFF depending on your preference.
6. Changes are saved automatically — no need to click Save.
