Recruitera allows admins to easily edit, adjust, or delete any previously created plan — ensuring your hiring targets always reflect your current strategy.
Where to Find It
Go to your Recruitera Dashboard.
From the left sidebar, select Manpower Plan.
You’ll see a list of all existing manpower plans
Edit an Existing Manpower Plan
You can edit a plan at any time to update departments, job counts, or timeframes.
To edit:
Locate the plan you want to modify.
Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon next to it and select Edit Plan.
You’ll enter the plan editor, where you can:
Replace or re-upload your Manpower Plan File (if there’s a new version)
Once you’re done, click Save Changes.
💡 Recruitera automatically updates your dashboard metrics (Budgeted, Need to Hire, and Target Achieved) based on your latest edits.
Update Headcount
The Update Headcount option allows you to refresh your actual headcount data without editing the plan structure.
You can upload your latest headcount data to keep progress metrics (like Target Achieved and Need to Hire) up to date.
To update:
Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon beside the plan.
Select Update Headcount.
You’ll be directed to the Monthly Headcount Upload screen.
Choose the month you’re updating and download the template.
Fill in the current headcount for each job and department.
Upload the file (CSV or Excel format).
💡 This automatically recalculates your hiring progress and updates your dashboard metrics in real time.
✅ Use this when:
You’ve added new hires since your last update.
You want to adjust headcount without changing planned allocations.
You’re performing your regular monthly or quarterly manpower review.
Delete a Manpower Plan
If a plan is outdated or no longer relevant, you can delete it from your workspace.
To delete:
Go to your Manpower Plan List.
Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon beside the plan you want to remove.
Select Delete Plan.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️ Important:
Deleting a plan cannot be undone.
All linked data (headcount uploads, progress, reports) will be permanently removed.
If you want to pause tracking but keep data, use Archive instead of Delete.
💡 Archiving hides a plan from the main view while preserving its data and reports for future reference.
