Requisition Module Overview

A tour of the Requisitions module in Recruitera — the workspace list, scope tabs, status filter, and the Timeline and Workload views.

The Requisitions module is your workspace for every hiring request — see where each one stands, who needs to approve it, and how the workload is spread. Open it from Requisitions in the main navigation. Available to members with requisition access.

Before you start

  • Where to find it: Requisitions in the main navigation

The requisition list

The Active requisitions view opens with a strip of scope tabs — All, Need my approval, Requested by me, and Assigned to me — each with a live count. Alongside them are a Search requisitions box and a Status filter. Requisitions are grouped into collapsible status bands (Draft, Pending, and so on).

Each card shows the job title, status, reference code, hires so far (e.g. 1/3), department, number of openings, and date.

The three views

  • Active requisitions — the default list of requisition cards.

  • Hiring Timeline — a time chart of requisitions against their milestones (see Requisition Timeline and Workload Views).

  • Workload — one row per recruiter showing how requisitions are distributed.

Opening a requisition

Click a requisition to open its detail page, which has tabs for Details (the form, with the approval flow shown in a sidebar card), Notes, Files, Jobs, Hires, and Activity. Raise a new one with + New requisition.
