Your Career Site is your public careers page. Recruitera gives you a split-screen editor — a rail of sections on the left, a live preview on the right — so you can style the page and see exactly how it looks to candidates before you publish. Members can open and preview the Career Site; saving changes requires permission to manage the career page (Admins).
Before you start
Required role: permission to manage the career page (Admins) to edit; other members can view and preview
Where to find it: Settings → Company → Career Site
The editor at a glance
Open Settings → Company → Career Site. The left rail holds collapsible sections you edit; the right side is a live preview you can switch between desktop and mobile. One Save changes button at the top applies your edits. (Publishing and the General application toggle are covered in How to Publish Your Career Site in Recruitera.)
Branding
In the Branding section you set the look of your page:
Logo and Cover — upload a logo, and a cover as either an Image or a Video (use the Image / Video switch).
Primary colour, Header colour, and Button text colour — pick with the swatch or enter a hex value.
Font — choose the typeface for your page.
Hero, culture video, and social links
Hero — the headline and intro text at the top of your page, with the "View openings" call to action.
Culture video — a video that shows what it's like to work at your company.
Social links — links to your company's social profiles.
Save your changes
Click Save changes at the top of the rail to apply your edits. Your logo and cover upload as soon as you pick them; the other fields apply when you save.
💡 Use the desktop/mobile toggle on the live preview to check both layouts before publishing.
Frequently asked questions
Who can edit the Career Site in Recruitera?
Any member can open the Career Site and use the live preview, but saving changes requires permission to manage the career page, which Admins have. This keeps your public page controlled while still letting the team see what it looks like.
Can I use a video as my cover instead of an image?
Yes. In the Branding section, use the Image / Video switch on the Cover to upload a video cover instead of a photo.
How do I preview my Career Site before publishing?
The right side of the editor is a live preview that updates as you edit. Switch it between desktop and mobile with the toggle above it. To open the real published page, use Visit site in the header (see How to Publish Your Career Site in Recruitera).
