Recruitera's career page settings let Admins customize how your public jobs page looks to candidates — with a live preview that updates in real time so you see exactly what candidates see before publishing anything. This is one of the most impactful settings in Recruitera for employer branding and candidate attraction. This is an Admin-only action.

How to customize your career site in Recruitera
Go to Settings → Company → Career Site.
The page opens in a split-screen layout:
Left panel — editing controls for all career site elements
Right panel — live preview that mirrors the candidate view instantly
Make your changes in the left panel. The preview updates in real time.
Switch between Desktop and Mobile view in the preview to check how it looks on both devices.
When satisfied, click Save / Publish.
What you can customize on your career site
Recruitera allows you to configure the following elements of your career page settings:
Logo — your company logo as it appears on the career page header
Cover Photo — the hero image candidates see at the top of your page
Main Brand Color — the primary color used for buttons and highlights
Button Font Color — the text color on call-to-action buttons
Company Video — a YouTube link showcasing your company culture
Testimonials — employee testimonials with name, job title, and message
Values — company values with icon, name, description, and background color
What happens if you leave without saving
If you try to navigate away from the Career Site editor with unsaved changes, Recruitera displays a warning: "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave without saving?" You can choose to Save, Discard, or Stay on the page. Changes in the preview panel do not go live until you click Save.
💡 Recruitera's live preview renders changes in a safe preview environment — your actual career site is not affected until you save and publish.
