Beyond branding, your Career Site can showcase what your company stands for — your values, real testimonials from your team, and a For Employees entry point for staff at verified email domains. You edit all of these from the Career Site rail. Saving changes requires permission to manage the career page (Admins).
Before you start
Required role: permission to manage the career page (Admins) to edit; other members can view and preview

How to add company values
Open the Values section in the Career Site rail.
Click Add value.
Choose a Value icon from the icon library, enter a Value name (for example, "Ownership"), and add a short Description of what it means at your company.
Click Save in the dialog, then Save changes in the rail to apply.
You can add up to six values. They appear in the "Life at Recruitera" area of your live page.
How to add employee testimonials
Open the Testimonials section in the rail.
Click Add (or the pencil to edit an existing one).
Optionally add a Photo (PNG or JPG up to 5 MB; a square image works best), then enter the Employee name, Job title, and the Quote.
Click Save in the dialog, then Save changes in the rail.
The For Employees section
The For Employees section lets staff at a verified company email domain request a link to your internal job board. It's read-only here: it shows the domains verified in Workflow → Employee Hub, and the "For Employees" button only appears on your live site once at least one domain is verified. Use Manage domains in Employee Hub to add or verify domains.
Frequently asked questions
How many values can I add to my Career Site?
You can add up to six values. Each has an icon, a name, and a short description, and they display together in the "Life at Recruitera" area of your page.
Is a photo required for a testimonial?
No. The photo is optional — a testimonial needs an employee name and a quote; the job title and photo are optional. If you add a photo, a square PNG or JPG up to 5 MB works best.
Why isn't the "For Employees" button showing on my live site?
The button only appears once at least one company email domain is verified in Workflow → Employee Hub. Verify a domain there, and the For Employees entry point becomes available on your published site.
