How to Search and Filter Team Members in Recruitera

Learn how to search, sort, and filter your team members list in Recruitera — find any user instantly by name, email, role, or status.

Recruitera's Team Members table supports real-time search, multi-column sorting, and pagination — making it easy to find any team member instantly, even in large organizations. Admins can search by name, email, phone number, or role without leaving the Team Management page. This is an Admin-only action in Recruitera.

Before you start

  • Required role: Admin only

  • Where to find it: Settings → Team Management → Team Members tab

How to search for a team member in Recruitera

  1. Go to Settings → Team Management → Team Members tab.

  2. Use the search bar at the top of the table.

  3. Type any of the following to filter results in real time:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Role (e.g. Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager)

Results update dynamically as you type — no need to press Enter or click Search.

How to sort your team members list

Recruitera supports column-based sorting on the Team Members table. Click any of the following column headers to sort:

  • Name — A to Z or Z to A

  • Email — A to Z or Z to A

  • Role — A to Z or Z to A

  • Status — Active first or Inactive first

Click the same column header again to reverse the sort order. The table supports pagination to navigate between pages for large teams.

💡 Use the Status sort to quickly surface all inactive users at once — useful when auditing team access or cleaning up deactivated accounts.
