How do I upgrade from the Basic plan in Recruitera?
To upgrade from Basic to Pro or Enterprise, contact your Customer Success Manager directly or visit recruitera.ai/demo to book an upgrade conversation. There is no self-serve upgrade in the platform. Your CS Manager will confirm pricing, explain how billing adjusts for the remaining contract period, and activate the new plan. Mid-contract upgrades are supported.
