Active LinkedIn job postings control how many jobs you can simultaneously post directly to LinkedIn from Recruitera (Basic: 1, Pro: 3, Enterprise: 10). LinkedIn profile unlocks are sourcing credits used to access individual candidate profiles for outreach and pipeline addition — these are only available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

💡 LinkedIn credits are best used for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles where inbound applications are insufficient. Pro users get 10 per month — focus them on senior or specialized roles where passive candidate sourcing makes the most difference.
