The search bar at the top of the Candidates list finds people across your whole database — matching their name, email, phone, and CV text.

Type a name, email, phone number, or a keyword from a CV and the list narrows as you search. Your search is part of the page's address, so a search result is a link you can share.

For precise queries, combine terms with AND, OR, and NOT — for example "react AND node NOT intern". A guide behind the ? in the search field explains the syntax. Your query is sent exactly as typed.
