Recruitera's team filter lets you narrow the candidate pipeline by which team member added, evaluated, or is following a specific candidate. This is useful for reviewing a colleague's work, auditing activity distribution across the hiring team, or focusing on candidates you personally need to act on.

Team filter options
Recruitera's Team filter section includes three distinct filters:
Added By — filter by the team member who manually added the candidate to the pipeline
Evaluated By — filter by the team member who submitted an evaluation for the candidate
Followed By — filter by the team member who is following (bookmarking) the candidate
How to filter by team member
Open the filter sidebar in Table view.
Expand the Team section.
Choose the filter type: Added By, Evaluated By, or Followed By.
Select one or more team members from the dropdown list.
The table updates instantly to show only candidates matching your selection.
💡 Use "Added By = me" to quickly surface only the candidates you personally sourced or added to the pipeline — useful at the start of a review session to focus on your own workload.
Common use cases
Auditing sourcing activity — filter by Added By to see which recruiter sourced the most candidates for a job
Reviewing evaluations — filter by Evaluated By to see all candidates a specific interviewer has scored
Finding candidates on your watchlist — filter by Followed By = you to see all candidates you are tracking
Checking pending evaluations — filter by Evaluated By and look for candidates where that team member has not yet scored anyone in a specific stage

How do I see only candidates I added in Recruitera?
To see only candidates you personally added to the pipeline in Recruitera, open the filter sidebar in Table view, expand the Team section, and select Added By = your name. This shows only candidates you sourced or imported manually — filtering out everyone added by other recruiters. You can combine this with a Stage or Status filter to further narrow your personal workload view.
What does "Followed By" mean in Recruitera's team filter?
In Recruitera, Following a candidate is a bookmarking action that lets team members track specific candidates they want to keep an eye on — without being the assigned recruiter or evaluator. The Followed By filter surfaces all candidates being tracked by a specific team member. This is useful for finding candidates you flagged for consideration without formally assigning any action to them yet.
Can I filter by multiple team members at once in Recruitera?
Recruitera's team filters — Added By, Evaluated By, and Followed By — all support multi-select. You can select multiple team members and the table will show candidates matching any of the selected people. For example, selecting Evaluated By = Sara and Evaluated By = Karim will show all candidates evaluated by either Sara or Karim.
