The Date filter narrows a job's candidates to a time window — useful for reviewing recent applicants or finding candidates who've gone quiet. Available to anyone who can view the job.

Available to: anyone who can view the job (Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers)
Where to find it: open a job's pipeline → Filters tab → + Add filter → Date
How to filter by date
On the Filters tab, click + Add filter and choose Date.
Choose which date to use, then pick a date range. The table narrows to candidates that fall in that range.
The date types
Date applied — when the candidate applied to the job.
Date created — when the candidate was added to the pipeline.
Last activity — the most recent activity on the candidate.
💡 Use Last activity with an older range to surface candidates who haven't been touched in a while.
Frequently asked questions
Can I filter to just the last week?
Yes — open the date picker and set a range covering the last seven days. Pair it with Date applied to see this week's new applicants.
What's the difference between date applied and date created?
Date applied is when the candidate submitted their application; date created is when they were added to the pipeline (which can differ if you added them manually or from a talent pool).
