The Screening questions filter narrows a job's candidates by how they answered its screening questions — so you can shortlist on the responses that matter, like work model or notice period. Available to anyone who can view the job.
Before you start
Available to: anyone who can view the job (Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers)
Where to find it: open a job's pipeline → Filters tab → + Add filter → Screening questions
How to filter by a screening answer
On the Filters tab, click + Add filter and choose Screening questions.
Pick one of the job's screening questions.
Choose the answer(s) to match. For choice questions (single- or multiple-choice) you pick from the available options.
💡 The questions shown are this job's own screening questions, set on the job's Application tab.
Combining answers across questions
You can filter on more than one question at once. Selecting several answers within one question matches candidates who gave any of them; adding a second question narrows further to candidates who match both — so you can build precise shortlists like "Remote and notice period under a month."

Why don't I see any screening questions to filter by?
This job has no screening questions set up yet. Add them on the job's Application tab (see How to Set Up Screening Questions), and they'll appear here.
Can I filter by an answer to a knockout question?
Yes — knockout questions are screening questions, so their answers are available here too. Candidates who gave a knockout answer are usually disqualified automatically.
