The candidate table on a job's Filters tab lets you choose which columns show and in what order, so you can surface the details you care about and hide the rest. Available to anyone who can view the job.
Before you start
Available to: anyone who can view the job (Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers)
Where to find it: open a job's pipeline → Filters tab → the columns button in the toolbar (opens Adjust columns)
How to adjust the columns
On the Filters tab, click the columns button in the toolbar (near Add candidates) to open Adjust columns.
Tick the columns to show and untick the ones to hide.
Drag a column by its handle to reorder it. Use Reset to default to return to the standard set.
💡 The Name column is always shown and can't be removed, so you never lose track of who a row is.
Columns you can show
Name (always on) · Job · AI score · Stage · Evaluation score · Date created
Tag · Assigned · Days in stage · Application answers
Sort by clicking a sortable column's header (Name, AI score, Evaluation score, Date created).
Frequently asked questions
Can I reorder columns?
Yes — in Adjust columns, drag a column by its handle to move it. Name stays first. Choose Reset to default to undo your changes.
Do my column choices affect my teammates?
No — the columns you show and their order are your own view of the table and don't change what others see.
