A job's pipeline gives you two ways to work through its candidates — the Pipeline tab, a visual board organized by stage, and the Filters tab, a table built for filtering, searching, sorting, and bulk actions. Knowing which to use helps you move faster. Both are available to anyone who can view the job.

The two ways to view candidates
Pipeline (the board) — candidates as cards in columns by stage. Best for a visual overview of where everyone sits in the funnel, and for dragging candidates between stages. See Explore the Job Pipeline.
Filters (the table) — candidates as rows in a sortable grid. Best for shortlisting, comparing, and applying filters. This is where the filter sidebar and the keyword search live.
💡 Filtering and search are on the Filters tab. If you want to narrow the list, open Filters rather than the board.
What the table columns show
On the Filters tab, each candidate is a row with columns such as:
Name — click to open the candidate's profile.
Job — the job this application belongs to.
AI score — Recruitera's AI match score against the job.
Stage — the candidate's current pipeline stage (with an SLA badge if they're overdue).
Evaluation score — the average of the candidate's completed evaluations.
Date created — when the candidate was added.
Use the Columns control in the toolbar to choose which columns show (see How to Customize the Pipeline Table Columns).
Sorting the table
Sort by clicking a sortable column header (for example AI score or Evaluation score). Click the same header again to reverse the order. Sorting is done from the headers — there's no separate sort menu.
Selecting candidates in bulk
Each row has a checkbox, and the header checkbox selects everything on the page. The selected count appears in the toolbar, where the bulk actions become available.
💡 Clicking a row opens the candidate's profile. To select without opening, click the checkbox directly.
