Rather than typing every position, you load your manpower plan from a template file — both the planned headcount and the monthly actuals. This is the upload step used when creating or updating a plan. Available to members with manpower access.
Before you start
Where to find it: the upload steps of the plan wizard, and a plan's Update headcount / re-upload actions
How the import works
Download the template from the upload step.
Fill it in — each job title under its department, with the planned headcount and monthly allocation. Don't rename or delete the columns; Recruitera matches them automatically.
Save the file and upload it (pick a file or drag it onto the dropzone).
Recruitera validates the file and shows a preview. Fix any flagged mismatches, then confirm to commit.
The two uploads
Plan upload — your budgeted/planned headcount per job and month.
Monthly headcount — your actuals, to track progress against the plan (the template comes pre-filled with your jobs).
💡 To refresh actuals later without changing the plan, use a plan's Update headcount action.
Frequently asked questions
What if my file doesn't match?
The preview flags mismatches (for example a department name that doesn't line up) so you can correct the file and re-upload before committing.
Which file format?
Use the provided template and save it as CSV, keeping the original columns intact.
