Recruitera scores how well a candidate matches a job, so you can spot strong applicants quickly. You see this on the candidate's profile.
AI summary
At the top of the Overview tab, a short AI summary gives you the candidate in a couple of lines. It appears only when AI screening is set up for the job.
AI Criteria (the match score)
The AI Criteria card in the action sidebar shows the candidate's match score, with the six dimensions behind it — Skills, Keywords, Achievements, Work experience, Education, and Relevance to job description.
The score is per job: a candidate in three pipelines has three scores, because each measures them against that job's criteria. The header shows their highest score across jobs.
Where the score comes from
Each job's weights and criteria are set in Screening and matching candidates on the job's Workflow tab — see How to Set Up Screening and Matching Candidates. The score informs your team; it never advances or disqualifies a candidate by itself.
Sorting and filtering by score
You can sort and filter candidates by AI score on a job's pipeline — see Filter and Sort Candidates by AI Score and Evaluation Score.
💡 AI scoring requires the AI screening feature (available on higher plans). Without it, the score and summary won't appear.
