A candidate's Overview tab holds what they told you when they applied, plus their references — all in one place.

The Screening questions section shows the answers the candidate gave on the career-site application, grouped by the job that asked them — so if they applied to several roles, each form's answers stay separate. If a candidate applied but didn't finish the questions, that's shown too. Opened from a specific job, this section shows just that job's application.

The Questionnaire section shows answers to any questionnaire the candidate was sent after applying (by a recruiter or a stage automation). It appears only once they've submitted one — a questionnaire that was sent but not completed doesn't show here yet.

The References section is where you record referees and track each reference check. Add a referee (name required, other details optional), and advance the status as you go — Pending → Contacted → Completed — so a check in progress is never just a note buried in comments.
