Each Candidate Profile in Recruitera is organized into tabs that help you access specific types of information and actions. These tabs make it easy to review details, track communication, manage interviews, and collaborate with your hiring team.
Overview
The Overview tab gives you a quick snapshot of the candidate, including:
Personal and contact information
AI score and summary
Job and current stage
Summary of activities
Work experience and Resume
Quick actions (Send Email, Schedule Interview, Add Tasks, Share, etc.)
This is the best place to get a high-level understanding before diving into details.
Evaluation
The Evaluation tab centralizes all feedback from your hiring team:
Interview scores
Rating forms
Comments from interviewers
Evaluation criteria (skills, culture fit, experience, etc.)
Use this tab to review structured assessments and compare candidates objectively.
The Messages tab shows every message sent to the candidate through Recruitera, including:
Email Sent and received
Scheduled Emails
Any email triggered by workflows
You can click on any message to see its full content, subject, and timestamp.
The Activities tab is the full audit trail of everything that has happened:
Stage movements
Comments
File uploads
Tasks created or completed
Automations that ran
Profile updates
Communication history (logged actions)
This timeline helps your team stay aligned and provides transparency for every action taken.
The Events tab tracks all interview-related activity, such as:
Scheduled interviews
Rescheduled or canceled interviews
Interview type, date, and time
Calendar updates
Notes added during scheduling
Use this tab to see the complete interview history for the candidate.
The Files tab stores all documents attached to the candidate profile:
CVs and resumes
Portfolios (You can upload)
IDs and certificates (You can upload)
Any uploaded supporting documents
You can preview, download, replace, or delete files from here.
