For blue-collar roles, candidates apply over WhatsApp rather than filling in a web form. You enable this per job.
Turn on Apply with WhatsApp
Open the job (creating or editing it) and go to the Application step.
In the Application preferences section, turn on Apply with WhatsApp.
If your workspace isn't connected to WhatsApp yet, you'll see Add integration here instead of the switch — it links to Settings → Company → Integrations.
What happens when candidates apply
Candidates who message your WhatsApp number are handled automatically by the hiring bot — which greets them, collects details, and asks screening questions in the number's language (Arabic for a blue-collar number).
