Create referral links for a job

Referral links let you track candidate applications by source (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). By creating separate referral links for each channel, you can measure which platforms drive the most visits and applications.

Referral Dashboard

For each referral link, you’ll see:

  • Referral Name – The platform or channel you named.

  • Source tag – The unique identifier for tracking.

  • Visits – Number of times the link was opened.

  • Referrals – Number of candidates who applied via this link.

  • Creation Date – When the referral link was created.

Copy & Share a Referral Link

  • Next to each referral entry, click Copy Link.

  • Share the link on your chosen platform (social media, email campaigns, etc.).

  • All candidates applying through that link will be tracked back to the referral source.

Why Use Referral Links?

  • Measure which channels drive the most traffic and applications.

  • Improve your recruitment marketing strategy by focusing on high-performing platforms.

  • Keep all applications centralized in Recruitera while maintaining visibility on sources.
