Switch Between List View and Card View

Recruitera’s Job List just got a visual upgrade! Now, you can browse your jobs in two ways — the classic List View or the brand-new Card View that makes tracking openings faster, cleaner, and more visual.

What’s New

Recruiters can now switch between List View and Card View inside their Job List.

Each Job Card gives you a quick snapshot of all the key details you need:

  • Job Title, Location, and Employment Type

  • Candidate stats (Sourced, Applied, Active, and Hired)

  • Job Status tags (Published, Archived, etc.)

  • Quick access to assigned team members

t’s the same information you’re used to — just organized in a more visual way for quicker scanning.


How It Works

  1. Go to your Job List.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the View Switcher icon.

  3. Choose between:

    1. List View — see jobs in a traditional row format.

    2. Card View — see jobs displayed as cards for a cleaner, at-a-glance experience.

4. Switch between both views anytime — your filters and search preferences stay active automatically.


Use Filters with Card View

You can filter your job cards by:

  • Department

  • Location

  • Job Status (Published, Draft, or Archived)

💡 Filters now apply instantly in both List and Card views — no need to reload or switch back.

  • Faster visibility – scan jobs and metrics in seconds.

  • Cleaner layout – easier on the eyes, especially for large job lists.

  • More flexibility – pick the layout that fits your workflow best.


✅ Tips

  • Use Card View when you want a quick overview of job performance and team assignments.

  • Switch back to List View for detailed sorting or mass actions.
