Evaluate Candidates During the Interview
Evaluations in Recruitera are designed to make interview feedback seamless and structured — so you and your team can share your input instantly while the interview is still in progress. No scattered notes or follow-up messages — everything is stored right inside the candidate’s profile and linked to the specific interview stage.
Set Up Your Evaluation Form
Before you start evaluating, you’ll first need to create your evaluation form.
Go to Settings
From the sidebar choose Templates → Evaluation Forms → Click + Set a new form
Add the questions or rating fields you want (e.g., Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Technical Fit), also you can choose the answer type as shown below:
Once you add all your questions < Save your template.
💡 You can create different forms for each interview stage — for example, “Technical Evaluation,” “HR Screening,” or “Final Interview.”
Conduct the Interview and Evaluate
When you’re conducting an interview, you can evaluate the candidate right inside their profile — no need to switch tabs or tools.
Here’s how:
Go to the candidate’s profile.
Click the Evaluation tab.
Hit + New Evaluation.
Choose the appropriate Evaluation Form from your saved templates.
Fill in your scores or comments during the interview.
💡 Every interviewer or stakeholder assigned to that stage can open the same candidate profile, fill in their evaluation form, and submit feedback in real-time.
Submit and View Evaluations
Once you submit your form:
The evaluation is saved under the Evaluation tab.
Each submission shows the form name, stage, date, and who submitted it.
All evaluations remain visible to authorized team members for that job.
This means you can instantly compare feedback from different interviewers, all organized under the same candidate and stage.
