Assign Team Members to a Job

When you’re managing a job in Recruitera, you can assign specific team members to handle different stages of the hiring process. This helps you keep responsibilities clear — so recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers always know where to step in.


Go to the Job Settings

From your Jobs list, open the job you want to edit. Click on it , then Click on + icon as shown.


Add or Remove Team Members

Click + Add Team Member and select people from your existing team list.
Each added member will appear under this job’s team view. You can remove anyone anytime by clicking the delete (🗑) icon next to their name.


Assign Roles for Each Team Member

Once added, assign each person a role within this job:

  • Recruiter: Manages candidates, interviews, and communications.

  • Hiring Manager: Reviews applications and provides evaluations.

  • Interviewer: Joins specific interview stages and submits feedback.


4️⃣ Assign Access to Specific Stages

You can take it a step further by assigning who’s responsible for which stage in the hiring pipeline.

  1. Toggle Customize Stages ON.

  2. For each stage (e.g., Phone Screen, Technical Interview, HR Interview), choose the team member(s) who should have access.

  3. Save your changes.

Now, each assigned member will only see candidates in their stages — making it easier to focus and stay organized.

💡 For example, your HR manager can handle the “Initial Screening” stage, while your Tech Lead only sees candidates in the “Technical Interview” stage.

5️⃣ Collaborate Effortlessly

Once assigned, your team can:

  • Leave notes and feedback directly in the candidate profile.

  • Evaluate candidates during their assigned stages.

  • Get notifications whenever candidates enter or leave their stage.

💡 This ensures everyone knows exactly when it’s their turn to act — without confusion or overlap.
