We’ve made it easier than ever to reopen a closed position or recreate an existing job in Recruitera.

You can now duplicate any job post in one click — everything gets copied, from descriptions and workflows to forms and assigned team members. Only one thing doesn’t get duplicated: candidates, so your new job starts with a clean slate.

How to Use It

  1. Go to your job's list

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) on any job

  3. Select Duplicate Job

4. Edit if needed, and publish when ready

✅ All job details, workflow stages, automations, and team members accessibility stay exactly as they were.
