The Jobs list can be shown two ways — as a List of cards or as a Table of columns. Each layout suits a different way of scanning your jobs. Viewing jobs is available to members with the view-jobs permission.
Before you start
Required role: a role that can view jobs
Where to find it: Jobs
How to switch layout
Open the View settings control (next to Filters, above the list).
Choose List or Table. You can also open Properties here to choose which columns/fields are shown.
What each layout shows
List — a card per job showing its location and work model, with a footer of candidate stats (qualified candidates, new, and pipeline counts) and quick Edit and Actions controls.
Table — configurable columns (Title, ID, Department, Collar, Status, Candidates, Hired, and more) with column-header sorting.
💡 Your search, filters, and scope apply the same way in both layouts — switching view doesn't change which jobs you see.
Frequently asked questions
Which layout should I use?
Use the Table to compare many jobs by column and sort precisely; use the List for a more visual scan with candidate stats on each card.
