Use comments and tasks to keep your hiring team aligned. You can share feedback, tag teammates, and assign follow-up actions directly from the candidate’s profile.
Add a Task
Open the Candidate Profile.
From the right side, go to the Tasks section.
Click Add Task.
Write the task details (e.g., “Review CV”, “Prepare assessment”).
Assign it to a teammate and set a due date.
Click Create Task.
Add a Comment
Open the Candidate Profile.
From the right side, go to the Comments section.
Type your comment.
Use @mention to notify teammates.
Click Post.
Tip: Mentioning a teammate sends them a notification so they can review or take action immediately.
Track Comments & Tasks
All comments and Tasks appear in the candidate’s activity timeline.
Assigned tasks show the owner, due date, and status.
Team members receive notifications for tasks assigned to them.
