Add Comments or Tasks for Team Collaboration

Use comments and tasks to keep your hiring team aligned. You can share feedback, tag teammates, and assign follow-up actions directly from the candidate’s profile.

Add a Task

  1. Open the Candidate Profile.

  2. From the right side, go to the Tasks section.

  3. Click Add Task.

  4. Write the task details (e.g., “Review CV”, “Prepare assessment”).

  5. Assign it to a teammate and set a due date.

  6. Click Create Task.


Add a Comment

  1. Open the Candidate Profile.

  2. From the right side, go to the Comments section.

  3. Type your comment.

  4. Use @mention to notify teammates.

  5. Click Post.

Tip: Mentioning a teammate sends them a notification so they can review or take action immediately.


Track Comments & Tasks

  • All comments and Tasks appear in the candidate’s activity timeline.

  • Assigned tasks show the owner, due date, and status.

  • Team members receive notifications for tasks assigned to them.
