What Is Inside a Candidate Profile in Recruitera?

The Candidate Profile is the central place where you can view, manage, and take action on everything related to a candidate. It brings together their information, documents, communication, evaluations, and activity history in one organized workspace.

1. Candidate Header (Top Section)

At the top of the profile, you’ll find key details and quick actions:

Information shown:

  • Candidate name & photo (if available)

  • AI score

  • Email & phone (with copy buttons)

  • Location

  • Source (Applied, Sourced, Added Manually, Imported, etc.)

Quick action buttons:

  • Send Email

  • Schedule Interview

  • Evaluate

  • Assign to Job

  • Share Candidate

  • Print

  • More Options (⋮) — including Delete

This section is designed for fast actions and instant candidate context.


2. Current Hiring Process

This area shows:

  • The job the candidate is associated with

  • Their current pipeline stage

  • A stage dropdown to move them forward or backward

  • Disqualify or Requalify options (depending on status)

This makes it easy to track and manage progress at a glance.


3. Comments

A dedicated section for internal comments where you can mention your team members.


4. Tasks

A dedicated section for:

  • Adding tasks

  • Assigning team members

  • Setting due dates

  • Tracking completion

Perfect for collaboration and follow-ups.
