Attach Files or Documents

You can upload and manage candidate files directly from the Candidate Profile. This helps you keep all important documents—resumes, portfolios, IDs, certificates, and more—in one centralized place.

Upload a File

  1. Open the Candidate Profile.

  2. Go to the Files tab.

  3. Click Upload File.

  4. Select the document from your computer.

  5. The file will appear instantly in the candidate’s file list.

Supported formats: PDF and DOCX only.


Preview, Replace, or Download Files

  • Click any file to preview it inside Recruitera.

  • Select Set Resume to add it to the overview tab.

  • Select Download to save it locally.
