  2. Scroll to the Resume from in Overview tab.

  3. Click on the (...)

  4. Choose Upload New Resume.

Or

  1. Go to the Files tab.

  2. Click Upload File.

  3. Select the updated CV/resume from your computer.

  4. The file will be added to the candidate’s documents list.

Tip: You can upload multiple versions of the resume if needed.

Re-parse the Resume

After uploading a new resume, you can trigger re-parsing to update the candidate’s profile fields automatically.

  1. Scroll to the Resume from in Overview tab

  2. Click More Options (⋮).

  3. Select Re-Parse Resume.

  4. Confirm the action.

  5. Recruitera will extract updated details and refresh the candidate’s information.

What Gets Updated After Re-parsing

Re-parsing can update:

Replace an Existing Resume

If you want to replace the old resume instead of keeping both:

  1. Hover over the old file.

  2. Click More Options (⋮).
