Delete a Candidate Profile

Delete a candidate from the profile, the pipeline, or the Candidates list — where deleted records go, and when to disqualify instead.

If a candidate was added by mistake, you can delete their record. Deleting removes them from active use across every job and pipeline; deleted candidates then appear under the CRM's Recently deleted view.

From the candidate profile

  1. Open the profile.

  2. In the action sidebar, open the actions (⋮) menu and choose Delete.

  3. Confirm.

From the pipeline

Open a candidate's card on the job's pipeline board, use its (⋮) menu, choose Delete, and confirm.

From the Candidates list

On the Candidates list, open the (⋮) menu next to the person, choose Delete, and confirm. To remove several at once, select them and use the bulk bar — a bulk delete offers an Undo right after, in the confirmation message.

What happens after deletion

  • The candidate is removed from every job and pipeline and no longer appears in the normal list, search, or reports.

  • They move to the Recently deleted view in the CRM.

  • Any shared profile links stop working.

💡 For a real applicant, use Disqualify instead of deleting — it keeps your reporting accurate while removing them from active stages.
