You can schedule interviews directly from the candidate’s profile, making it fast and easy to coordinate times with hiring managers and candidates in one place.
Schedule an Interview
Open the Candidate Profile.
Click Schedule Interview in the top-right corner.
Select the Date, Time, and Duration
Choose the Interview Type (Phone, Video, In-Person, etc.).
Add the Interviewers or hiring managers involved.
Write an optional Notes to the candidate.
Click Send Invite.
The candidate and interviewers will receive a calendar invitation with all details.
Schedule an Interview from the Job Pipeline
Open the Job Pipeline.
Hover on the candidate card you want to contact.
Select the icon Schedule Interview.
Adjust your Invitation.
Click Send.

The interview appears in the Candidate Timeline
All invited interviewers see the event on their calendar (if calendar sync is enabled)
The candidate receives a confirmation email + calendar invite
