A candidate's profile opens as an overlay on top of wherever you are — so you can dip into it and, when you close it, land back on the same page. You can open it from several places.
From the Candidates list
Go to Candidates in the sidebar.
Search or filter to find the person.
Click their name to open the profile.
Best when you're looking across all candidates, not just one job.
From a job's pipeline
Open the job's pipeline.
Click a candidate's card in any stage.
The fastest way to reach someone already in a job.
From a talent pool
Open Talent pools from the sidebar and choose a pool.
Click a candidate to open their profile.
From the dashboard and links
The dashboard's New candidates and Overdue candidates cards open a profile on click, and notification links point straight to one. However you open it, the profile appears over your current page and closing it returns you there.
Move between candidates
Once a profile is open, use the pager beside the close button to step through the candidates in the list or pipeline you came from — no need to close and reopen.
