Quick Evaluation per Stage

In this article, you'll learn how to use Quick Evaluation — a lightweight way for any team member to leave a fast rating on a candidate at any stage in the pipeline, without filling out a full evaluation form.

What is Quick Evaluation?

Quick Evaluation is a simple star rating with an optional comment that can be submitted at any pipeline stage. It's designed for moments when you need fast, on-the-spot feedback — like right after a phone screen or a first interview — without going through a full evaluation form.

📌 Quick Evaluation and form-based evaluations work side by side. You can use both on the same candidate.

How to Submit a Quick Evaluation

Step 1: Open the Candidate's Profile

Go to the candidate's profile and locate the Evaluation button in the top action bar.

Click on Evaluation and a Quick Evaluation panel will appear.

Step 2: Fill in the Quick Evaluation

The panel has two fields:

  1. Rating — Select a star rating out of 5. This field is required.

  2. Comment (Optional) — Add any quick notes or observations about the candidate's performance at this stage.

Step 3: Submit

Click Submit Evaluation to save your quick evaluation.

📌 Quick evaluations are tied to the candidate's current pipeline stage at the time of submission, so the system knows which stage the feedback relates to.

💡 This is especially useful for hiring managers who are involved in one specific stage and don't need to fill out the full form — they can drop a quick rating and a note in seconds.
