Step 1: Open the Candidate's Evaluation Tab
Go to the candidate's profile and click on the Evaluation tab at the top.
Click on Assign to next to the Evaluate with Form button in the top right.
Step 2: Fill in the Request Details
A pop-up will appear with two fields:
Select Evaluation Form — Choose the template you want the team member to fill out from the dropdown
Set Due Date — Click the calendar icon to set a deadline for when the evaluation should be submitted

Step 3: Assign It
Once you've selected the form and set the due date, click Assign.
The evaluation request will be sent to the team member and will appear under the Requested tab on the candidate's Evaluation page.
What the Team Member Will See
The assigned team member will receive a notification to complete the evaluation. Once they open it, they'll go through the same form-filling experience — answering questions, rating categories, and submitting an overall score.

Tracking the Status
You can monitor all assigned evaluations from the Requested tab. You'll see:
Form Name — which template was assigned
Stage — which pipeline stage the evaluation is linked to
Deadline — the due date you set
Evaluator — who was assigned to fill it out
Requested By — who sent the request
Once the team member submits, the evaluation will move from Requested to Completed automatically.
