You can update a screening questions template's questions and sections, rename it, or delete one you no longer use. This requires a role with permission to manage templates & workflows (typically Admins).
Before you start
Required role: a role with the Manage templates & workflows permission (typically Admins)
Where to find it: Settings → Templates → Screening Questions
How to edit a screening questions template
Open Screening Questions and select the set from the list.
Add, edit, reorder, or remove questions and sections, and toggle Required as needed.
Rename it with the pencil next to the title, and save your changes.
How to delete a screening questions template
Select the set and click the delete (trash) icon.
Confirm the deletion.
Frequently asked questions
Does editing a set change jobs already using it?
Templates feed a job's application form when applied. Update the template to change what future applications ask; existing jobs use whatever was attached to them.
