Recruitera's evaluation form settings let Admins update or remove existing evaluation form templates. As your assessment criteria evolve — new competencies, updated scoring scales, or restructured question sets — keeping your evaluation forms current ensures your interviewers always use the most relevant scorecard. This is an Admin-only action in Recruitera.

Frequently asked questions
Does editing an evaluation form affect previously submitted evaluations in Recruitera?
Recruitera preserves all evaluation data submitted before a form edit. Interviewers who already completed and submitted the form retain their original scores and answers in the candidate's Evaluation tab — those are not retroactively changed. The updated form only applies to new evaluation requests assigned after the edit. Historical evaluations always reflect the criteria and scoring scale that was active at the time of submission.
What happens to automated pipeline actions if I delete an evaluation form in Recruitera?
If you delete an evaluation form that is referenced in an automated pipeline stage action in Recruitera, that automation will lose its form assignment and may stop triggering evaluation requests when candidates reach that stage. Review your active job workflows before deleting any evaluation form to check if it is used in a pipeline automation. Update the automation to use a different form before deleting the original to avoid disrupting your evaluation flow.
Can I adjust scoring weights in an existing evaluation form in Recruitera?
Recruitera allows you to update criterion weights in any evaluation form from the form editor in Settings → Templates → Evaluation Forms. Edit the form, adjust the weight values on each criterion, and save. The new weights apply to future evaluations using that form. Previously submitted evaluations retain the scoring calculation from the weights that were active when they were submitted — the recalculation does not apply retroactively.
