You can update a questionnaire's questions and sections, rename it, or delete one you no longer use. This requires a role with permission to manage templates & workflows (typically Admins).
Before you start
Required role: a role with the Manage templates & workflows permission (typically Admins)
Where to find it: Settings → Templates → Questionnaires
How to edit a questionnaire
Open Questionnaires and select the template from the list.
Add, edit, reorder, or remove questions and sections, and adjust Required.
Rename it with the pencil next to the title, then save.
How to delete a questionnaire
Select the questionnaire and click the delete (trash) icon.
Confirm the deletion.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting a questionnaire affect stages using it?
Remove or update the "Send questionnaire" automation on any pipeline stage that referenced it, so candidates reaching that stage get the right form.
